  • 5-7 "Yes" Answers: Relationship coaching might be helpful, but consider which areas you feel are most important to address and whether alternative or complementary support might also be beneficial.

  • 0-4 "Yes" Answers: You may need to explore further whether relationship coaching is the right approach for your situation, or consider if other forms of support (such as couples therapy) might be more appropriate.
